This Saturday, January 24, the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) will carry out preventive and corrective work at the Cocuy Substation, in the state of Bolívar, from 6:00am to 10:00am, in order to strengthen the electrical system in the entity.

In this infrastructure in the Caroní municipality, maneuvers will be carried out to guarantee a quality electricity supply in the circuits that supply energy to various sectors belonging to the Unare parish, the Ministry for People's Power for Electric Energy reported on its website.

He also announced that for this Sunday, January 25, the state power company will carry out other tasks at the Sabanita Substation, for an estimated time of three hours and will start at 6:00 in the morning.

The crew plans to install new poles, as well as other adaptations to the circuits associated with this infrastructure, to strengthen the electrical system that supplies energy to the sectors: Colón, Nueva Granada and Aceiticos de Ciudad Bolívar.

Also from 8:30am to 1:00pm, refurbishment work will be carried out on the equipment of the transformer No. 9 of the Farallones Substation, which will make it possible to strengthen the electricity supply in: Chaguaramal, Venirántractor and Nueva Guayana in the Angostura del Orinoco municipality.

On the other hand, simultaneously, in the Cachamay parish, preventive and corrective work will be carried out and will take place at the Ordaz Substation, where specialized personnel will begin their maneuvers from 6:00am to 10:00am.

All these actions contribute to strengthening the operability and reliability of energy distribution systems in the sectors of the Bolivarian entity.
