CORPOELEC will hold a user service day on electric service this Tuesday in Caracas

The Comprehensive User Service Center (CIAU), located at the headquarters of the Ministry of Popular Power for Electric Energy (MPPEE), in San Bernardino, Caracas, will hold a comprehensive day of customer service this Tuesday, April 15.

The information was provided by the MPPEE, on its official website, where it explains that the service office will be active from 8:30am to 3:00pm, in order to respond to requests related to the service, balance consultation, advice for the payment of bills, and other procedures.

In addition, 261 Comprehensive User Care Centers are available in all states of the country, with the purpose of providing timely and effective care to Venezuelan women and women.

Through the CIAU, users can pay the electricity bill and clarify doubts regarding the provision of the service, as well as learn about citizen duties when using electricity.
