Courts in the Metropolitan Area of Caracas will maintain attention during judicial recess

In order to ensure that the administration of justice is not interrupted, during the next period of judicial recess, the different courts of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas implemented guards to ensure attention for the period from August 15 to September 15, inclusive, both dates, the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN) reported.

This complies with the provisions of resolution No. 2026-004, issued by the Full Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice on August 4, which indicates that the various courts must implement the contingency plans and the necessary logistical provisions to enable the continuous dispatch of all urgent cases and requests submitted by citizens.

In this regard, between August 15 and September 15, the 13th, 21st, 15th and 25th Municipal Courts, headquarters of Los Cortijos, as well as the 26th Municipal Court, headquarters of the Simon Bolivar Center; the 3rd, 6th, 7th, 10th, 15th, 16th, 23rd and 25th Municipal Courts, headquarters of Los Cortijos, as well as the 26th Municipal Court, headquarters of the Latin Financial Center, will be on duty with regard to the Courts of the Ordinary Municipality and executor of measures.

With regard to Courts of First Instance, the 1st, 2nd, 8th and 10th Courts of First Instance in Civil, Commercial, Traffic and Banking matters, headquarters of Centro Simón Bolívar; 13th Court of First Instance in Civil, Commercial, Transit and Banking, headquarters of Torre Falcón, and the 16th Court of First Instance in Civil, Commercial, Transit and Banking, headquarters of Centro Financiero Latino.

As for the Superior Courts, the 4th and 11th Superior Courts will be on duty for Civil, Commercial, Traffic and Banking, Pajaritos headquarters and the 12th and 13th Superior Courts for Civil, Commercial, Traffic and Banking, headquarters of Centro Financiero Latino

In addition, the Courts for the Protection of Children and Adolescents of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas have established guards for the same period of time.

The Mediation, Substantiation and Enforcement Courts that will work in the guard will be: the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 12th, 20th, 27th, 32nd and 33rd courts. As for the Courts of Trial, the 1st and 2nd Courts of First Instance of Trial will be active. Finally, in the Superior Courts, the 1st, 2nd and 4th Superior Courts for the Protection of Children and Adolescents will be on duty.
