Crocodiles from Caracas, Globetrotters from Carabobo and Pioneros del Ávila were victorious in the Professional Basketball Super League (SPB) match this Thursday, April 24.

At José Joaquín “Papa” Carrillo, Cocodrilos de Caracas defeated Panteras de Miranda 72-98, to extend their good streak to 10 consecutive wins and reach 16 victories in the season.

Luis Montero led the victory with 17 points, 11 rebounds, 7 assists, 4 steals and a block, followed by Luis Colón with 30 points (4 of 9 in three-pointers), 4 rebounds, 3 assists and one steal, while Argenis Indriago stood out for Panthers with 14 points, 2 assists and 2 steals, SPB press reports.

At José María Vargas, Globetrotters of Carabobo dominated Piratas de La Guaira 67-101. James Reese V led the express with 32 points (8 of 11 in three-pointers), 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals, followed by Fernando Fuenmayor with 19 points (3 of 4 in three-pointers), 8 rebounds, 2 assists and one steal.

Meanwhile, for Pirates, Jordan Hamilton had 13 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists.

At the M/G Elio Estrada Paredes stadium, Pioneros del Ávila had a great closing and defeated Heroes of Falcón 78-68.

Eddie Jarrel led the victory after converting 9 of 14 triple throws, with a total of 30 points, in addition to 8 rebounds and 2 assists, making him the Most Valuable Player of the day. He was followed by Brevin Galloway with 13 points, 3 rebounds, one assist and one steal.

Jared Cunningham was the best for Heroes with 22 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals.
