Daniella Cabello confirms optimal conditions on the beaches of Barlovento for vacation

The Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Daniella Cabello, confirmed this Saturday, August 29, the optimal conditions and tourist operations in the Páez and Brión municipalities of the Barlovento axis, Miranda state, during an inspection deployment aimed at supervising the mobilization of seasonal workers and boosting the local economy in the region during the vacation period.

During the tour along the Mirandino coast, the owner of the tourism portfolio said: “On instructions from President Delcy Rodríguez, we visited the Barloventean coast in the municipalities of Páez and Brión. Specifically, in French Port, we see an important mobilization of families who, in peace and during this school vacation, are doing national tourism. We are sure to have safe, beautiful spaces and service providers with open arms to welcome visitors.”

For her part, the mayor of the Brión municipality, Olga Pacheco, highlighted the coordinated work with local committees and workers in the coastal area, stating: “In the Brión municipality we have 25 suitable beaches distributed in 19 communes. Tourism is our main economic potential and we are working hand in hand with our people to provide maximum peace of mind and an optimal experience to the families who visit us.”

For her part, the spokeswoman for the People's Power of the Commune of Carenero, Marisol Nieves, thanked the institutional support and the promotion of continuing training programs for civil servants in the area, stressing that joint work between national, regional and communal authorities will promote the socio-economic development of the popular sectors that base their income on care for the seasonal worker.
