Deadline extended to participate in the II Apacuana Literature Biennial 2024

The National Book Center (CENAL) announced the extension for registration in the II National Biennial of Apacuana Literature 2024, from August 17 to October 20, reported on the networks of both institutions.

The II National Biennial of Apacuana Literature 2024 aims to stimulate the creation of plays, whose theme promotes the analysis of Venezuelan theatricality and contemplates new discursive and aesthetic approaches to national dramaturgy.

Venezuelan (inside and outside the country) and foreign authors residing in the country may participate in the competition with a single play, written in Spanish, with a free, unpublished and original theme, that has not been awarded in other competitions or previously staged inside or outside the national territory. The copyrights of the play must not be committed to third parties or in other contests.

To formalize the participation, the archive of the play must be sent via email to the official address of the award: [email protected]. Along with the work, you must include a photocopy of the identity card or passport, updated RIF, updated photograph in JPG format, Registration Form and Affidavit Form of Acceptance of the Bases of the II National Biennial of Apacuana Literature 2024.
