Defense Minister held a meeting with representatives of the Carter Center

The Minister of Defense, G/J Vladimir Padrino López, and the Strategic Operational Commander (CEO) of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, held a meeting with representatives of the Carter Center.

This was reported by the holder of the Defense portfolio through a video released on his X account, where he explained that members of the organization that participates as an overseer of the electoral process on July 28, learned, firsthand, what the deployment of the FANB is like within the framework of the Republic Plan.
