Delcy Rodríguez: Bolivarian Government marches with Popular Power giving birth to the Communal State

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, stressed that the birth experienced by the Homeland in times of communal power leaves behind the oil and single-producer rentism of Venezuela in the 20th century, which was profoundly exclusive.

“You take us on the march with the People's Power but to give birth to a new era, and this National Chamber of the Popular Government System is to make available to all the communal circuits of the country, the communal councils, the communes, the popular organization, the technological and information platform that the national government has so that the People's Power is not only the executor of the projects carried out in their communities, but also controllers of the public service through debate and auditing,” Rodríguez emphasized.

The senior government official, during the Activation of the National Hall of the Popular Government System, highlighted the creation of the Community Self-Government Room to monitor community projects in the country.
