The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, confirmed this Monday that the country has a National Government that works together with the People's Power to guarantee peace and sovereignty, following the criminal attack perpetrated by the United States (USA) on January 3.

“We ratify and reaffirm the sovereignty and independence of Venezuela. I have seen cartoons over there on Wikipedia, of those who are in charge in Venezuela. Well, here is a government that rules in Venezuela, here there is a president in charge and there is a hostage president in the United States,” Rodríguez emphasized from the state of La Guaira, during the back-to-school deployment.

He stressed that the Bolivarian Government governs “together with the organized people, together with the Popular Power, and we are advancing in international relations of respect, within the framework of international legality, to assert and protect the rights of our beloved Venezuela.”
