The Minister of Petroleum, Delcy Rodríguez, reviewed with the working class the plans to guarantee the production processes of the Paraguaná refining complex.
This was reported by the Vice President of the Republic through her Instagram account, where she explained that, during her tour of one of the largest refining complexes in the world, she confirmed that it was fully operational.
She also highlighted that during her visit she was accompanied by the president of Petroleos de Venezuela, Héctor Obregón.
