Delcy Rodríguez: Stimulating migration was an articulated plan to attack Venezuela

The migration of Venezuelans was used by North American imperialism to try to justify, under the cloak of the humanitarian crisis, aggression against our country, said Vice President of the Republic Delcy Rodríguez.

During her participation in the international seminar on economic development, from the Teresa Carreño theater, she assured that the migration of Venezuelans was part of an articulated policy to harm the country.

“The first phase of this plan was to take human talent from the oil industry, the second phase meant human talent from public services and the third phase was the electricity sector, so when they attacked the electricity issue, our company had insufficient personnel trained to deal with the emergency,” he said.

He also denounced that under this scheme of attack on the country, economic conditions were created to promote human mobility and they even created agencies dedicated to removing our compatriots from the country.

“That's why the President created the Return to the Homeland mission to protect Venezuelan migrants,” he said.
