The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, this Friday, December 19, stressed that Mr. Pathetic when referring to the Secretary of State of the United States, Marco Rubio, he was absolutely evident when he presented a balance sheet of his useless and ineffective management.

The vice-president made this statement, referring to the publication of the Chancellor of the Republic, Yván Gil, about Marco Rubio's press conference, to make the above-mentioned assessment of his administration, which “has left a very bad standing, showing his lying, self-doubt and hatred for Latin America and the Caribbean”.

In his publication, the chancellor emphasizes that “Rubio spent 14 years as a senator and a year as Secretary of State without exhibiting a single achievement in foreign policy.
