Delcy Rodríguez: Workers are a fundamental muscle to guarantee the happiness of the people

The Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during her participation in the Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc for the 21st Century, highlighted the fundamental role of the country's working force in building the happiness of Venezuelans.

In this regard, he said that “workers are a fundamental muscle for development and sustained growth and for ensuring the happiness of the people.”

Rodríguez stated that Venezuela has undergone an economic transformation caused by the “financial and economic blockade, we would never in our lives think that Venezuela would be subject to a massive violation of Human Rights, that it would be subject to a criminal blockade that has affected the rights of all Venezuelans and all Venezuelan women.”

He assured that for the nation, the economic transformation from the oil rentier model to the productive one is essential and fundamental.

He added that after the imposition of unilateral coercive measures by the United States , it has meant a battle, “but here we are standing with our heads held high in the face of the rude hegemons who have imposed by force, not by law, by force, a blockade that has sought to suffocate the Venezuelan economy and attack our population.”
