Deputies of the AN Venezuela paid tribute to José Martí in Cuba

The parliamentary parliamentary delegation of Venezuela visiting Cuba made a floral offering this Saturday in homage to the Cuban National Hero José Martí, at the Memorial that perpetuates the work of the Apostle in the Plaza of the Revolution in Havana.

The deputies of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela were headed by Pedro Carreño, president of the Permanent Committee on Administration and Service, accompanied at the solemn ceremony by Ana María María Mari Machado, vice-president of the National Assembly of People's Power and the Council of State; and Yoerky Sánchez Cuéllar, member of the Council of State and president of the Parliamentary Group for Friendship with the Sister South American nation. Later, Venezuelan legislators toured the José Martí Memorial.

The delegation of deputies of the Venezuelan National Assembly is carrying out a program of activities in the Greater Antilles, following their participation in the Parliamentary Forum for Peace with Sovereignty and Democracy, held in the context of the VI International Conference for World Balance “With everyone and for the good of all”.
