Deputies of the Democratic Alliance support Delcy Rodríguez as president in charge

Deputy Timoteo Zambrano, representative of the opposition Democratic Alliance coalition, announced the parliamentary group's support for the appointment of Delcy Rodríguez as president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

He stressed that the installation of the Parliament reinforces the constitutional path and provides support to the interim president in the face of Donald Trump's threats.

Zambrano stressed that with the new installation of the legislative body, it must commit itself with dedication to building the path to sovereignty and calling on all sectors to a national pact that guarantees stability for at least two decades.

The parliamentarian extended his support to the patriot caucus to continue building peace in the country: “Here is the arm and shoulder of the Democratic Alliance to help in that direction.”
