Deputy Minister Castillo: Guyana advances in US strategy to be a focus of destabilization

Guyana is making progress in the strategy of the US empire to be a source of regional destabilization, as the Deputy Minister of Anti-Blockade Policies, William Castillo, denounced this Friday the 19th.
Through his X account, he highlighted that “the dogs of war, the arms merchants, land in Guyana”.
“Guyana is advancing its gringo strategy of being a source of regional destabilization,” he emphasized.
His statement follows statements made this Thursday, the 18th, by the vice-president of Guyana, Bharrat Jagdeo, about the purchase of helicopters for the supposed protection of his Exclusive Economic Zone.
According to account X, “My Map of Venezuela includes our Essequibo”, Jagdeo's announcement refers to the projection waters of Guiana Esequiba and part of Delta Amacuro, which belong to Venezuela.
In his statement, Jagdeo said that they were having talks with the American company Bell, for the purchase of four helicopters and that with India they have a line of credit to purchase military maritime equipment.
Recently, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, complained to the International Maritime Organization (IMO), in England, the exploitation of crude oil in the pending territorial area to be delimited with Guyana.
