Deputy Minister Palencia coordinated actions for the protection of the People during Carnival 2024

The Deputy Minister of Prevention, Public Security and Peace Quadrants, Endes Palencia, held this Friday, the 19th, a meeting to coordinate measures with the participants in the security system for the holiday of Carnival 2024, in order to guarantee the comprehensive protection of the Venezuelan people who are mobilizing to different regions of the country.
The information was released by the Ministry of Popular Power for Internal Relations Justice and Peace (MPPPRIJP), through its account on the social network X, in which Palencia specified that the Venezuelan State guarantees, as a public policy of citizen security, the various effective tactics in terms of prevention and protection for the protection of tourists and visitors.
On the other hand, he noted that the Public Security Organs, together with the National Risk Management System (SNGR), will be active 24 hours a day to protect and preserve the lives of the Venezuelan population in the face of any emergency, as established by the Great Quadrants of Peace Mission.
The event was attended by the governor of the state of La Guaira, José Alejandro Terán; the mayor of the Vargas municipality, José Manuel Suárez Maldonado; representatives of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB); the Comprehensive Defense Operational Zone (ZODI) of the states of La Guaira, Miranda and Caracas, as well as the heads of operations of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
