Deputy Rodríguez called for rejecting U.S. attempts to force a change of government in Venezuela

The president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, at the Meeting with International Communities organized by the National Council for Sovereignty and Peace, denounced the attempt to force regime change in Venezuela by the United States government.
“The important thing in this council is that regardless of how we think, we reject this type of activity, calumnies that have no other intention than the attempt at regime change in Venezuela, as certified by the members of the US House of Representative about plans to end peace and legality in our country,” said Rodríguez, who welcomed the attendees on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro.
This Council is held to exchange ideas related to the chapter of nationalities and communities that are victims of wars and their consequences.
