Deputy Santander: The Podemos Party unanimously ratifies Nicolás Maduro as its candidate

The deputy to the National Assembly (AN) and member of the Podemos Party, Jesús Santander, highlighted that more than 145,000 members of the political organization ratify Nicolás Maduro as their candidate.

In this regard, during the Al Aire program, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), he explained that Assemblies were held on March 10 “where it was unanimously decided that our candidate is the current president and we abide by that mandate of our people.”

In addition, he stressed that the elections will take place in the midst of an aggressive imperial blockade “where a plane that belongs to Venezuelans was recently stolen and destroyed as if to say that is what they want with the opposition sectors of the extreme right: Destroy the People,” he denounced.

He concluded that patriots are committed to a model of social inclusion that grows as popular power advances in every battle that comes his way.
