Dickson Salazar is the new coach of Panthers de Miranda

The Panthers team from Miranda announced this Tuesday that Miguel Volcan will no longer lead the feline team and his place will be taken by Dickson Salazar.

Volcan was only able to win five out of 17 games during his stay in Venezuela (a record of 5-12) and left the team in seventh position in his group, leaving out of the postseason, according to the sports press.

Salazar has experience in national basketball in the role of assistant with Broncos de Caracas, Intelipos de Miranda, and others. In addition, he played in the Italian and Mexican leagues.
