Diosdado Cabello: In Ecuador, the drug trafficking mafias that ended that country govern

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, assured that Ecuador is a failed state governed by criminal gangs and drug trafficking.

“There is no president in Ecuador, drug trafficking mafias govern there, they put an end to that country,” he stressed during the broadcast of Con El Mazo Dando's 513 program, in which he criticized the authorities of that country for their criminal ties.
