The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during the usual red awning press conference, assured that on July 28, the People will give “a great gift to Commander Chávez”.

Cabello said that in Venezuela “neither the OAS (Organization of American States) nor the government of the United States will decide how to do the elections and the European Union to impose what they want; that's over .
