Diosdado Cabello: More than 185,000 security officers will be deployed in the country during Easter

During the Holy Week holiday, 185,798 officials from the different State security forces will be deployed throughout the national territory to protect Venezuelans who mobilize during this season, said the Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello.

During the start of the deployment of the Safe Holy Week 2025 security device, Cabello reported that during the holidays, 3,656 vehicles; 9,559 motorcycles; 1,96 bicycles; 398 ambulances; 78 cranes and 184 boats will be available to officials for the protection of citizens.

In the same way, he indicated that, along the country's trunk lines, 730 emergency posts and 3,338 control points, both itinerant and fixed, will be installed. “Security agencies will be able to do toxicological and alcohol tests, if the situation so requires,” he said.

In addition, firefighting vehicles will be installed throughout the country as part of the deployment. “We have to be careful to avoid suffering the consequences of these summer fires, many of which are spontaneous, but others are caused,” he emphasized.

“Throughout Venezuela, on the beaches, in the rivers, in the resorts, in the tourist attractions, in the tourist attractions, there will be people for the comprehensive care of Venezuelans,” he said, while calling on parents and representatives to take care of their children during this vacation.
