Diosdado Cabello on the Mafia attitude of the Guanipa: Is it genetic?

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that Andres Guanipa is a rascal, that he was hired to throw a party and stole the reais.

“It seems that the issue is genetic,” said Cabello Rondón, referring to Juan Pablo Guanipa, who is in detention after serving as the leader of a group of terrorists who intended to generate violence in Venezuela.

Cabello Rondón, said that Andrés Guanipa stole the money from that party and fled, and from his comfort as a result of the money that was stolen in Venezuela, he lives and criticizes.

“He (Andres Guanipa) doesn't care about his brother (Tomás Guanipa), he knows perfectly well Tomás's perversions politically, ethically, morally and personally,” said Cabello Rondón.
