Diosdado Cabello: The Caribbean is a land of peace!

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted this Monday that the Caribbean and South America are a territory of peace, as ratified by the more than 40 parliamentarians who participated in the Parliamentary Meeting of the Greater Caribbean.

“We hear parliamentarians from these countries express their position and not just their position, but it is a firm, free, sovereign and independent decision to continue living in freedom,” he said during a PSUV press conference .

He also emphasized that it is the Caribbean Peoples who set the course of their countries. “We make the decisions, the Caribbean is a territory of peace, South America is a territory of peace, Central America is a territory of peace,” he said.

During the Parliamentary Meeting of the Greater Caribbean, more than 40 legislators from 18 countries signed an agreement aimed at preserving peace in the region.
