Diosdado Cabello: The war in Colombia hurts all of America

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, assured that the war in Colombia hurts all of America.

In a broadcast of a new program on Radio Nacional de Venezuela, Cabello Rondón emphasized that the big lie that the Colombian media tried to make believe is that Venezuela is invading Colombia, “it's because the Colombian oligarchy has no arguments to tell its people because they haven't served that population that is fleeing.”

“Displaced people from Colombia arrive in Venezuela escaping war, terror and fear,” he said.

He also asserted that all the displaced people who are arriving in Venezuela are being treated in a comprehensive manner. “I like to go to places because sometimes the reports are very nice, but what you see with your own eyes is something else and that's why I went personally,” he added.

She said that there was a girl who had a parakeet kept inside her shirt “because she thought that someone was probably going to take it off her, I approached her and asked her what she was wearing and she showed it to me, she felt that confidence to take it out and show it to me because she knew I didn't know I was going to take it off”.

“Children must be assured that their life will not be one of terror, of fear, but of love, as a child's life should be,” he said.

Cabello Rondón also noted that liaisons were made with the authorities of the mayor's office and the Ministry of Education and a registration is being made for these children to start classes.
