Diosdado Cabello to coup promoters: His defense minister is under arrest

Diosdado Cabello, during his program Con el Mazo Dando, announced that state security agencies captured a retired officer of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces who would serve as defense minister if a plan to overthrow the constitutional government of Nicolás Maduro, orchestrated by a right-wing group allied with imperialism, were implemented.
