Douglas Rico denies disinformation campaign against the CICPC

The director of the Criminal and Criminal Scientific Investigations Corps (CICPC), Douglas Rico, rejected attacks against this institution promoted by individuals linked to opposition extremism and violence.

In a message posted on his account on the social network X, Rico denounces the falsehood of the baseless accusation made by the fugitive from Venezuelan justice and sponsor of sanctions against the country, Iván Simonovis, who, as part of the narrative to cloud the electoral process and justify the narrative of “fraud” in the face of defeat, accused the director of the CICPC of forcing officials to fill out forms for voting.
