Duly and formally! TSJ cited former presidential election candidates

The president
of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Caryslia Rodríguez, assured
that the parties involved in the letter carried out by the Electoral Chamber
were “duly and formally summoned”.
He also
specified that the Supreme Court in the Electoral
Chamber requested the appropriation of all
electoral documents of legal relevance that are in the position of political
parties and candidates related to the presidential
elections process held on July 28, 2024.
Rodríguez said that the date on which they were summoned
corresponds to the fulfillment of the schedule and is scheduled from Wednesday, August 7 to Friday
, August 9.
