Electoral Chamber initiates an expert review of the documentation submitted by the CNE on the 28J elections

The president of the Electoral Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, Caryslia Rodríguez, announced the date of the appearance of the representatives of the political organizations that participated in the election day of July 28, as well as the beginning of the examination of the documentation provided by the National Electoral Council.

Caryslia Beatriz Rodríguez, specified that after the start of the process of examining the minutes, the Electoral Chamber will take a period of 15 days that could be extended; while those responsible for the organizations will have to appear in person and warns that failure to appear before the Court will have the corresponding consequences.

Rodríguez, specified that with this measure, the 10 electoral candidates who participated in the above-mentioned elections must submit the voting records issued by the National Electoral Council (CNE).
