CORPOELEC works to guarantee electricity supply in the country

As part of the Annual Maintenance Plan 2026, workers from the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) carried out preventive work at the San Fernando I substation, benefiting 46,951 users in the state of Apure.

According to a press release from CORPOELEC, the technical maneuvers focused on adjusting screws, lubricating moving parts, washing radiators, functional tests and cleaning the cabinets. These maintenance tasks make it possible to optimize energy transmission in the May Day, Center, Hospital, Government, Llano Alto, Samán Llorón and El Tocal circuits.

‎Estas actions have a positive impact on the quality of life of the inhabitants of the communities of 9 de Diciembre, José Antonio Páez, El Calvario, Los Tamarindos, San José, Andrés Bello, El Tocal, Las Minas I-II, Ezequiel Zamora, José Wilfredo Rodríguez, Simón Bolívar, Las Terrazas, La Defensa, 13 de Septembre and Ruiz Pineda, as well as on María Nieves and Carabobo avenues.
