The second scoring place went to one of Miguel Ubeto's pupils, the pedalist Luis Gómez, followed by the leader Arlex Méndez himself (Kino Táchira) and third was Reinaldo Arocha (Politáchira).

It also indicates that after the rain, the sun accompanied the caravan for the rest of the stage to complete the third sprint and see the rider José Aragoza (Politáchira) triumph there and the last prize on flat terrain, before assuming the promotion was won by José Díaz (Fina Arroz).

The first prize in the third category located in Altos de Santo Domingo went to Emmanuel Viloria (Fam Brirman), accompanied by Jorge Abreu (Fina Arroz) and Brayan Obando (GW Erco) from Colombia, who after this hot spot signed a pact where Viloria came out with the best cut.
