Established amounts and deadline for paying taxes for motorcycles in Caracas

Between five and ten units of dynamic accounts (UCD equivalent in euros, depending on the BCV rate) will be charged in taxes for a motorcycle in the Libertador municipality of Caracas.

This tax, according to a note published by the newspaper Última Noticias, must be paid in the first quarter of the year. The amount varies according to the engine capacity: motorcycles under 200 cc pay 5 UCD. Those with a cylinder capacity between 200 cc and 400 cc must cancel 7 UCD.

In the case of motorcycles of more than 400 cc, the tax is 10 UCD. Sport motorcycles, regardless of engine size, also pay 10 UCD.

To fulfill this commitment, the taxpayer must access the caracas.sigat.net portal and follow the specifications of the website.

In Chacao, payment is made through the officinavirtualchacao.gob.ve. It can be canceled until February 9.

While in Sucre, you should visit the sucre.sigat.net website; in Baruta, taxes are canceled by alcaldiabaruta.gob.ve/tramites/semat/.

In El Hatillo you must log in to elhatillo.net.ve/appweb.

Until January 31, all of these municipalities grant a 10% discount.
