Through its Instagram account, the Ministry of Popular Power for Transport reported on the maintenance of the Estanques Tunnel, in the Sucre municipality of the state of Mérida, this December 26, starting at 6:00 in the afternoon.

In the statement, he pointed out that this section of the Trasandina highway will be completely closed. “Users are informed that due to maintenance work on the luminaires of the Estanques Tunnel, in Local 008 of the Sucre municipality, Mérida state, this road artery will be completely closed on December 26, from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.,” the publication said.

For this reason, they invited “the population to take the necessary precautions, while our working class carries out this important work, to guarantee their well-being and safety.”
