Evo Morales accuses Trump of reactivating strategy to displace leaders in the region

The former president of Bolivia, Evo Morales, has denounced that the President of the United States, Donald Trump, is promoting a continental operation to remove leaders who do not align with external interests.

The statement was published on Tuesday on his official account on the social network X, Morales highlighted that Washington, together with allied governments, is implementing a plan to destabilize administrations that defend sovereign models.

Morales stressed that this initiative aims to install authorities that favor foreign interests and facilitate access to strategic resources.

The Bolivian leader also rejected military maneuvers against Venezuela, which they justify with arguments related to the fight against drug trafficking because these actions conceal objectives of occupation and territorial control.
