Except for Edmundo González Urrutia! Summoned by the Supreme Court of Justice appear before the Electoral Chamber

Regarding the schedule established by the Supreme Court of Justice
(TSJ), this Wednesday, José Cartaya, of the Bureau of Democratic Unity; Manuel Rosales, of the Un Nuevo
Tiempo faction, appeared before the Electoral Chamber
and Simón Calzadilla, from the MPV party;
representatives of the cards that supported Edmundo
González's candidacy in the presidential election of July 28.
The purpose of the appearance of those mentioned above is to receive the electoral instruments that are in the possession
of political organizations and candidates; in addition to
asking different questions by the magistrates of the Electoral Chamber.
It should be noted that the candidate of the extreme
right, Edmundo González, was “duly and formally” summoned by the highest
court for his appearance this Wednesday at 11 in the morning, a
notification that the citizen decided to evade; thus ignoring the
so-called “mandatory and binding” of the Judiciary.
In this regard, González argued, through a
statement published on his account on the social network X, that “if I go to the Electoral
Hall under these conditions I will be in absolute vulnerability due to defenselessness
and violation of due process.”
Meanwhile, Manuel Rosales wrote on the same
social network: “We came to respond to the summons of the Electoral Chamber and we will be
wherever necessary until respect for the majority expression of the people
becomes a reality.”
It should be noted that this action is part of the investigation being carried out by the Supreme Court, responding to the contentious electoral appeal requested by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
