Executive Vice President affirms that the CNE will give the results and here legality will prevail

The Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, assured that after the closure of the voting centers, the National Electoral Council (CNE) will give the results and here legality and institutionality will prevail, “the rest is a show”.

After exercising her right to vote, from the Padre Mendoza Basic School, the Executive Vice President, assured that today is a national holiday, because it is a holiday for democracy, “Venezuelans are voting for fundamental consensus for society.”

He affirmed that the most important consensuses are peace, democracy, economic recovery and consolidating social welfare shaped by equality.

Rodríguez described the voting process as very fast. “This is the best electoral system in the world, transparent, reliable, secure,” he said.

He also thanked the institutions of the Venezuelan State, the Electoral Power and Operation Republic Presidential Election 2024, for their performance in the voting centers. “the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, Security Agencies, the civic-military-police union are ensuring that this democratic festival is carried out with total normality, guaranteeing peace in the country.”

The Executive Vice President highlighted the presence of the international observers in Venezuela who are witnessing the will of this people. “The Venezuelan people have given enough lessons and messages that they have the right to live in peace, to work for their future, for hope, they want to exercise all their rights fully without criminal blockade against their economy,” he said.

“Today is a national holiday because it is the holiday of democracy, of peace, and we also celebrate the 70th birthday of Commander Hugo Chávez. Tomorrow, July 29, there will be a beautiful sunrise,” he said.
