Exhibition “Works of Yesterday” was inaugurated at the Casa de la Cultura Cecilio Acosta

The
ArTeques movement inaugurated the exhibition “Works of Aye r” at the Casa de la Cultura
Cecilio Acosta in Los Teques, where a selection of pieces
made of oil and chimó linked to the memory, landscape and visual tradition of the region are exhibited.
The exhibition became
part of the institution's cultural heritage after the donation made
by Ysbeth Bosa and Alejandro Vacelar, which will allow the works to be
appreciated by cultivators, creators and visitors.
The curatorship and
editing were in charge of Augusto Ojeda, a graduate in Plastic Arts, with a degree in Photography,
from the National Experimental University of the Arts (UNEARTE),
who structured the tour to relate the pictorial past to the identity of Los Teques.
The opening was attended by members of the artistic community, authorities and the general public. “Works of Yesterday” will remain available to visitors for the rest of 2026
