This Wednesday, in the states of Aragua and Carabobo, the national tour of the Expoferia for Producer Girls and Boys 2025 began, an initiative that seeks to show in a playful way the nation's potential in terms of hydrocarbons, tourism and agriculture.
The Minister of Education, Héctor Rodríguez, reported from the Marriot hotel in Maracay that this fair, which began in Caracas on March 21, was born at a time of reflection on the country's productive activity.
“Venezuela has been a state dependent on oil revenues, and now it is necessary to learn about oil culture in geopolitics and its importance in domestic production, but also to exploit other areas of the economy, and that's what we are doing,” he said, accompanied by the local governor, Karina Carpio and the Minister of Tourism, Leticia Gómez.
“The logical thing is that we all know about oil and that we work it the right way because it directly influences the political and social life of the population, at this Fair we will learn about that,” he added.
According to a press release from the Education portfolio, from April 9 to 13, the expoferia moves to the states of Guárico and Lara, and from 23 to 27 to Zulia and Táchira. From April 30 to May 4, it corresponds to Anzoátegui and Monagas, and then closes in Bolívar state from May 7 to 10.
