Expressions of solidarity with Venezuela continue in Iraq

On January 25, the National Security Adviser of the Republic of Iraq, Qasem Al-Araji, received in his office the ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Arturo Aníbal Gallegos Ramírez, as part of the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries.

The senior authorities of Venezuela and Iraq discussed the latest developments in the political and security situation on the international scene, bilateral relations and strategies to strengthen them, the information was released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic, on its account of the social network Telegram.

On January 26, members of the Baghdad Forum visited the Venezuelan Embassy. The writers and political analysts were greeted by Ambassador Gallegos Ramírez, to whom they called for the immediate release of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, and the First Combatant Cilia Flores.

During the meeting, the desire of this group of intellectuals to visit Venezuela was highlighted, in order to learn first-hand about the achievements of the Bolivarian Revolution.

The Venezuelan ambassador thanked the expressions of support and solidarity to achieve the definitive release of the presidential couple.
