More unpopular than ever, characters such as the fugitive from Venezuelan justice, Leopoldo López, are re-emerging with the narrative of interference and calls for invasion against his own homeland, a discourse that no longer resonates with his followers, the few he has left.

In this regard, many members of the opposition criticize the actions of these characters, led by María Corina Machado, who focus on their desire for power without thinking about the population that would suffer the devastating effects of a war.
