In order to optimize the garbage collection service, the mayor of the municipality of Carirubana, in Falcón state , Luis Manuel Piña, delivered new solid waste compactor trucks for the care of communities.

The mayor's office specified that the compactor trucks have a capacity of between 15 and 18 tons each, for a collection of 800 tons per week.

“Our workforce is the most important resource we have, with them, the will and conscience of our Carirubanans, we can provide quality service and maintain a clean and tidy municipality as we deserve,” emphasized the mayor.

The mayor's office specified that the vehicles traveled through several sectors to serve not only homes, but also the commercial sector, as explained by the regional president.
