FANB activated in Apure the National Management Body for Integral Defense

This Tuesday, January 21, at the headquarters of the Comprehensive Defense Operational Zone (ODDI), number 31 in the state of Apure, the official activation of the entity's National Management Body for Integral Defense took place.

The activation of the ODDI is part of the Bolivarian Shields 2025 exercises, aimed at guaranteeing peace, sovereignty and independence of the state, highlighted a press release from the Government of Apure.

In this regard, the governor of the state of Apure, Wilmer Rodríguez, highlighted the efforts of the fighting forces, “we are going to preserve and guarantee tranquility, and peace as our president Nicolás Maduro Moro has guided him.”

For his part, the commander of the ZODI-31 Apure, G/D Daniel Alfonzo Galarraga Torres, said “we are guarantors of peace and we are willing to sacrifice our lives for our country”.

He stressed that these exercises are carried out annually with the objective of demonstrating training in cohesion and the fusion between popular power, the Armed Forces and the police, in the comprehensive defense of the nation.

The activation of the National Management Body for Integral Defense in Apure represents a significant step in the defense of the national sovereignty and security of the Venezuelan people, with the commitment of the Armed Forces and the community, it seeks to strengthen peace and stability in the state, reaffirming unity and determination in the face of any threat.
