FANB captured an individual who intended to sabotage the electoral process in Zulia

The Strategic Operational Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (CEOFANB), Domingo Hernández Lárez, reported that the military corps arrested a citizen in the state of Zulia who intended to sabotage the electoral process this Sunday.
“He was making photographic reviews of the electoral machine, which, once approached and carried out a body check, two proof of vote was seized,” Hernández Lárez said through the social network X.
The citizen was identified as Edward Lenin Borrego Fernández, who was at the Base Voting Center of Misión Araguaney, in the parish of Santa Bárbara in the municipality of Colón, when he was captured by members of the FANB.
He indicated that these actions are part of Operation Republic Presidential Election 2024, the objective of “guaranteeing the political rights of Venezuelans during the electoral process,” he stressed.
