Father Numa Molina on sanctions: We have a leader who hasn't had a pulse to respond to the powerful

Father Numa Molina highlighted the strength of the Venezuelan People in the face of the sanctions imposed by the United States, stating that the People have a leader, President Nicolás Maduro, who has been able to respond firmly to the powerful.

“What we have here is a resistance from the people, with a leader who has not had his pulse trembled to respond to the powerful, that has been President (Nicolás) Maduro,” he said.

During his speech on the program Not So Bald Not With Two Wigs, broadcast on Venezuela News Radio, the priest emphasized that Venezuelans have a “postdoctorate” in active and revolutionary resistance and patience.

Molina emphasized that global peace is in danger, warning of a “war spirit” fostered by media and arms interests that seek to perpetuate the war, according to a press release from Fuser News.

He also quoted Pope Francis about the threat of a third world war “in chapters” and criticized the international politics of the United States under the command of Donald Trump.
