Feature film “Puerteños” premiered at a gala in Barinas

The feature film “Puerteños” premiered in Puerto de Nutrias, Sosa municipality in the state of Barinas, on a day dedicated to highlighting the roots, traditions and historical memory of this small town, the Ministry for Culture highlighted on its Instagram account.

He also highlighted that the presentation of the film was accompanied by manifestations of regional folklore, which served as a prelude to the screening and highlighted the cultural identity of the community.

The premiere brought together local authorities, chroniclers, historians and representatives of the film industry, including the film's director, Miguel Gudez; filmmaker and producer Francia Escorcia; and field producer Felipe Falcón.

The activity also included representatives of the National Autonomous Cinematography Center (CNAC), Amazonas Films and the Cieca Media School, at a meeting that celebrated Puerto Rican memory and kindness through cinema.
