Firefighters keep monitoring the Guaire River due to rains

Through the social network Instagram, the General Commander of the Caracas Fire Department, Pablo Palacios, reported that firefighters are constantly monitoring the Guaire River due to the constant rains in the last few hours in the country.

“Members of the operating area of the Caracas Fire Department carry out preventive monitoring along the banks of the Guaire River, with the purpose of verifying its levels, at the moment it remains normal and does not pose a risk to citizens,” he said.

He also stressed that this work aims to evaluate flow levels and prevent possible contingencies.

He emphasized that they will continue to be deployed and vigilant in the face of any variation in the behavior of the affluent, to reinforce prevention measures in the Metropolitan Area of Caracas.

This monitoring is part of a comprehensive prevention strategy in the face of the current rainy season, with a firm commitment to safeguarding the integrity of citizens and mitigating risks associated with hydrometeorological events.
