First Fighter Cilia Flores: In Carabobo, the People put the best in charge of the governor

The First Combatant, Cilia Flores de Maduro, during the inauguration and swearing in of the re-elected governor Rafael Lacava, highlighted this leader's commitment to the Revolution and the People.

“They chose the best Rafael Lacava, we have known him for a long time and we recognize in his commitment and love for the people, a tireless worker and a very creative man, with a sense of humor that identifies with Venezuelans,” said the deputy to the National Assembly.

He also stressed that this regional ruler has demonstrated his commitment to every corner of Carabobo, to improve the daily quality of life of all Carabobeños, regardless of political or religious distinction.

He added with regard to Commander Chávez's swearing in before Samán de Güere that 42 years after this historic event “we can say and be proud because we are still free, independent, sovereign, autonomous”.
