The First Poetry Festival for Palestine will be held from October 4 to 6 in Caracas, with the purpose of raising our voices for the cause of the Palestinian people and peace, as announced by journalist Hindú Anderi, who stressed that the idea of the call is for 365 poems in Spanish from all over the world to participate.

Also, according to information from the Ministry for Culture, Neguel Machado, organizer of the event, said that “it is a call to all poets to participate, to find that support and solidarity with the cause of the Palestinian people.”

At the same time, he expressed the underlying reasons for the poetic word to invoke peace. “That the poet's sensitivity to peace and the love of those who write poetry, that solidarity is counted for what is happening,” he said.

The writer and poet Ana Gloria Palma, for her part, stressed that the works to be submitted must be completely unpublished, not having been published before in any media, social network or other platform.

“Poetic groups, too, join this cause,” he said and announced that graphic design is in charge of Yolanda Delgado and will soon be published on various social networks and related media

It is important to highlight, for those who wish to participate, that the email address: [email protected] is now available for sending their poetic works.
