Foreign Minister Gil assesses report by UN experts that exposes dangers of the US naval blockade

The popular power minister for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, on behalf of the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, announced the risks of the naval blockade imposed by the United States (USA) according to research carried out by experts from the United Nations (UN).
On his Telegram channel, he posted “from the Bolivarian Government, we want to highlight the statement issued by three UN experts, which warns of the serious risk posed by the unilateral and illegal naval blockade imposed by the United States Government for the human right to life, as well as for the rights of Venezuela and the region in terms of peace, free trade and navigation”.
He added in the publication that “we value the call for collective action by UN member states to protect and safeguard international law.”
